Relevant experience in a similar advertising agency on a fashion-related account is preferred, but not required. It is essential to possess an outgoing personality with impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills. A resourceful and creative individual with a strong work ethic will be a perfect
candidate for the position. Strong management skills are a must, as well as a rolodex of contacts in the fashion world. The ideal candidate would have to be comfortable with sales, cold-calling and deal-closing practices.
